Attractivo Design attempts to ensure that the contents of the attractivo.com.au website are accurate and current at the time they are published. Prices of services, fees, and other charges displayed on the attractivo.com.au website are current at the time of display and are subject to variation without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product and service descriptions and other information. Graphic and Web Design
Upon accepting a quote/estimate from Attractivo, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
For all graphic design jobs of $490 or more, a 50% upfront payment is required before project commencement. The remaining 50% of invoice amount is required upon final approval of design, due within 7 business days. If invoice amount is not paid within 7 business days, the total amount payable will increase by 5% for every additional 7 business days late.
Unless otherwise agreed, should any circumstances occur whereby the client, at any stage, decides not to continue with finalising the design project(s) the client is still liable to pay the full quoted amount stated on invoice of that project.
Whilst we aim to produce the most effective designs, Attractivo will not be held responsible for the effectiveness, response and success of your campaign(s). Attractivo does not in any way guarantee that your company will generate business or receive a positive response from the designs. Attractivo is therefore not responsible for any loss or misfortune to your company. Attractivo will also not be held responsible for any errors or misspellings in the design artwork.
Unless agreed upon between Attractivo and the client, Attractivo offers 1 round of change. An hourly rate of $125 per hour is applied thereafter. Design concepts and artwork are provided to client in low resolution PDF. Upon final approval of design and after final total invoice payment has been made by client, the final high resolution PDF (or preferred format) will be provided.
Printing
For all print jobs, 100% of total quoted/invoice amount is required upfront upon accepting the quote, and before the job is fully booked in. Once a print order has been placed via email from the client, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances without incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellation of an order, if possible, will incur a 10% administration fee (with a minimum of $60 + GST) plus any cost of plates/proofs if applicable. Please note: It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been approved for printing. Whilst every care is taken, the final check of the print design artwork is your responsibility.
Attractivo will not be held responsible for any errors or misspellings in the printed design artwork. We are not responsible for trimming variations caused by incorrect or insufficient bleed. Fonts must be embedded in all documents, otherwise fonts may appear to display correctly on your screen but may not print correctly. We take no responsibility for artwork supplied where fonts are not embedded. We may from time to time indicate estimated delivery times, but we cannot guarantee delivery times or be held responsible for delays caused by manufacturing or delivery.
Marketing
Attractivo provides advice, implementation, consultation and recommendations based on the best of their knowledge and experience. Attractivo will not be held responsible for the effectiveness, response or success of your campaigns.
